As it was during the Revolution, many civilians are attached to the Regiment today. Some portray the wives and children of soldiers, traveling with them from encampment to encampment. Others portray individuals hired by the army to provide a range of services from doing laundry to repairing equipment. Depending on the site, domestic crafts and craftsmanship may also be displayed.
